We are seeking a skilled MET Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for automotive repair and be proficient in the use of both hand and power tools. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction with the ability to remove and assess any additional damage and refit to our high standards set.
Duties
- Carry out comprehensive mechanical and body repairs on assigned vehicles.
- Using diagnostic equipment, conduct inspections pre and post repairs to ensure precision fault finding.
- Communicate the ordering of replacement parts correctly.
- Reassemble vehicles with due care and attention, restoring them to pre-accident condition.
Qualifications
- ATA MET accreditation
- EV experience
- Air Conditioning system
- Steering Geometry alignment and adjustment
- Proven knowledge and experience of vehicle mechanical and suspension repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to learning new skills and techniques related to the role.
