This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their training and onboarding career to learn and grow in a supportive, collaborative team. As a Junior Training and Onboarding Specialist, you’ll assist in preparing and then deliver engaging training content for new and existing customers, helping them get started and confident with our software platform, eCase. You’ll work alongside our Training and Onboarding Specialist and wider teams—including developers, product managers, and customer support staff—to help create resources, coordinate and deliver training sessions, and provide an excellent customer experience. Most training will be delivered online, though there may occasionally be opportunities for in-person sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation and delivery of customer onboarding sessions and software training
  • Deliver professional and engaging training sessions to customer groups (primarily online, with some in-person sessions)
  • Assist in designing training content and resources such as guides, PowerPoints, and onboarding material
  • Help coordinate training logistics, including scheduling sessions and managing calendars
  • Assist with capturing customer feedback during training and share insights with the wider team
  • Participate in user testing of new software features and provide feedback to ensure training readiness
  • Observe and gradually take part in the onboarding processes
  • Collaborate with the team to help keep documentation, help text, and user guides accurate and up to date

About You

  • Eager to start or grow a career in customer training and onboarding

  • A clear communicator, both written and verbal, with good attention to detail
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage time and tasks reliably
