Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for a great sales leader to join our growing team. As the business has expanded we have added more AEs and we now need someone to lead the high performing UK Enterprise AE team. This is a full-time position based out of our London office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
- Coach the people on your team to deliver high performance
- Build a great team culture that underpins growth of the business
- Instil and maintain process rigour to support transparency and predictability
- Be a part of the Sales Leadership Team in EMEA that helps to define and execute the GTM strategy for the region
- Become fluent in the Fivetran value proposition so that you can effectively act as exec sponsor on deals
- Recruit exceptional talent
- Address performance issues quickly and compassionately
Skills We’re Looking For
- Ability to drive high performance in a new business sales team
- Thorough understanding and application of MEDDIC
- Experience of being a successful Enterprise AE, as well as managing Enterprise AEs
- Strong understanding of how business value can be derived from technology
- Ability to use coaching frameworks to get the best out of people
- Understands how to implement and run a cadence that encompasses accurate forecasting, deal reviews, QBRs, 1:1s
