About The Role A Staff Solutions Architect is a senior pre-sales technical leader who partners with sales, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to shape technical strategy, design strong dbt-centered solutions, and convert technical progress into predictable commercial outcomes.
The role includes the full Senior Solutions Architect foundation and adds broader scope, deeper architectural leadership, stronger influence across complex accounts, and greater contribution to reusable patterns, enablement, and field standards.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys creating opportunities as much as closing them.
You'll play a hands-on role in outbound prospecting, shaping your own pipeline and guiding customers through thoughtful, consultative sales conversations.
This is a high-ownership role with significant autonomy and responsibility from day one.
What you'll do Lead technical discovery to understand business drivers, technical context, constraints, decision process, and success criteria.
Run product demonstrations, workshops, evaluations, and proof-oriented engagements that map dbt capabilities to real customer problems.
