Fivetran offers data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies and we are scaling our co-selling across our Strategic Partnerships with Snowflake and Databricks. We are looking for a Technology Partner Sales Manager to own Fivetran co-selling alongside Snowflake and Databricks. This role helps to accelerate our growing sales engagements across these partners resulting in an improved customer experience and mutual revenue growth. This is a full-time, remote position based out of London.

What You’ll Do:
- Own partner sales development with Snowflake + Databricks across EMEA, reporting directly to GM EMEA.
- Actively engage with sales leadership at Snowflake & Databricks to set up QBRs, Happy Hours, Team Trainings, Regional Events.
- Manage the relationships across Snowflake & Databricks to ensure 3rd line, 2nd line, and 1st line managers are meeting regularly with Fivetran leadership to keep momentum and close alignment on deals and GTM strategies.
- Collaborate with Fivetran Sales to successfully execute on a "top down, bottoms up" motion with CDW partners.
- Consistently review open pipeline of Snowflake & Databricks (via Crossbeam) to identify where Fivetran AEs are not engaged.
- Train Snowflake & Databricks teams on "Why Fivetran". This will also be supported by Sales.
- Build relationships with senior partner sales leaders, facilitate engagements and own the regional technology partner messaging and co-selling execution.
- Work with global Technology Partner Managers to understand co-sell processes specific to each partner. Identify ways to improve support and scale across each partner such as, sales facing resources, system automation and analytical insights useful in successful partner engagements.
- Proactively identify top accounts and customers for Fivetran sales teams to partner with at Snowflake and Databricks.
- Define, maintain and improve co-sell operational components including sales facing resources, system automation along with analytical insights useful in successful partner engagements.
- Connect the dots between Fivetran sales and our partner sales teams to ensure the Fivetran sales team is solution selling with our partners and delivering a delightful customer experience.
- Focus on growing revenue growth and pipeline creation across both Fivetran and our Technology partners in the region.

- 7-10 years of experience in sales, partnerships, alliances, or business development, with a strong focus on enterprise-level engagements.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a history of driving business results.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage various stakeholders.
- Proficient in using CRM tools to manage partner interactions.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Extremely organized, able to juggle lots of things at once while not letting anything drop and thinking about how to scale and service a growing group of Fivetran sales executives.
