About The Role
We’re looking for an Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our team! In this role you will work closely with your Account Executives, Marketing, and Partner teams to build strong opportunities in key target accounts in EMEA.
Responsibilities include:
- Outbound calling, video prospecting, crafting compelling messaging, and qualifying leads to start high‑quality conversations with AEs.
- This is a full‑time position based in our London office.
- Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in‑person collaboration, including two days in the office each week.

What You’ll Do:
- Outbound prospecting into Enterprise accounts.
- Qualify inbound leads to generate quality meetings with all levels of employees.
- Build account plans in collaboration with your Account Executive.
- Organize, log activity, and categorize sales lead information in our CRM, and utilize other prospecting tools.
- Articulate and sell Fivetran’s value to prospects and demonstrate how we can support their business goals.
- Meet inbound and outbound KPIs, balancing time and competing priorities.
- Attend a one‑week, in‑person Revenue Bootcamp during your second week at Fivetran; this is mandatory for all new sales team members.
Skills We’re Looking For:
- Experience outbounding into large enterprise businesses with a track record of high performance.
- Confirmed ability to qualify inbound/outbound leads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly curious and interested in solving customers’ problems.
- Ability to convey technical principles understandably.
- Comfortable with daily, weekly, and monthly calls, email and meeting targets.
- Intrinsic motivation and a “get stuck in” attitude.
- Fluency in French.
