Due to continued growth, Five Nines Global are looking for an experienced Design Manager , resident in The Netherlands, for our project in Morocco, who will be responsible for coordinating the design work involved across the entire construction process throughout a project.

  • Some of your daily activities
  • Leading design project meetings and overseeing external design teams
  • Liaising with other teams and departments
  • Working with clients to ensure that their requirements are fulfilled, and expectations met
  • Requires a thorough understand of technical, regulatory and commercial issues as well as pure design considerations .
  • Input to design at tender through to project completion
  • Drive forward value engineering and innovation into the project designs

Skills or experience you will need to succeed in this role

  • Civil Engineering degree or equivalent
  • HNC/HND/degree in Construction Management or Architecture
  • BSc in Design and Construction Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ideally Arabic speaker
  • Good self-motivation and the ability to motivate others
  • Experience in Temporary work designs
  • Experience in external public realm design (Hard/Soft landscaping)
