The Role

We are looking for an execution-focused Marketing Programs Manager to drive high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across EMEA, LATAM and Canada. This is a hands-on role responsible for turning international strategy into measurable pipeline through webinars, email and nurture, content syndication, blogs, social, and owned and third-party events. You will work closely with ABM, Channel/Partners, Sales and LDR/BDR teams to ensure campaigns are localised, executed flawlessly, extended through partners, and converted into meetings and pipeline.

What You’ll Own

  • Integrated Campaign Execution: Plan and execute end-to-end international campaigns across email, nurture, webinars, blogs, social, events and syndication. Manage timelines, stakeholders and delivery across multiple regions. Track performance and optimise for pipeline impact.
  • Localisation & Regional Adaptation: Adapt global campaigns for EMEA, LATAM and Canada. Ensure messaging reflects local language, cultural nuance, regulatory needs and market priorities. Manage translation and regional review workflows where required.
  • Webinars & Virtual Programmes: Own webinar strategy and execution from topic development to follow-up. Drive registration, attendance and post-event meeting conversion.
  • Email & Nurture: Build segmented email campaigns and multi-step nurture journeys. Continuously test and optimise for engagement and conversion.
  • Content Syndication & Lead Generation: Manage 3rd-party syndication vendors and targeting criteria. Monitor CPL, lead quality and downstream conversion.
  • Content, Blogs & Social: Create campaign messaging and assets including emails, landing pages, outreach copy and toolkits. Lead blog production aligned to campaign themes. Drive social amplification to increase engagement and registrations.
  • Events & Partner Extension: Promote owned and 3rd-party events with measurable outcomes. Extend campaigns through partners using scalable Campaign in a Box toolkits.
  • ABM & Sales Alignment: Support ABM outreach creation for priority accounts. Align tightly with LDR/BDR teams to ensure strong follow-up, speed-to-lead and meeting conversion. Maintain closed-loop reporting to improve performance.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in integrated marketing, demand generation or field marketing.
  • Proven success executing multi-channel campaigns across international markets.
  • Strong experience with webinars, email marketing, nurture and lead generation programmes.
  • Experience managing content syndication and 3rd-party vendors.
  • Confident content creator with strong copywriting skills.
  • Experience localising campaigns across regions.
  • Highly organised, performance-driven and comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Experience with some of the marketing technology Five9 utilises – Salesforce.com, Marketo, Zoom for webinars, 6sense, Folloze, Monday.com.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure, report and optimise campaign performance.
