FIVE19 is seeking an experienced and talented Art Director to join our growing team. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading and executing the artistic direction of marketing and advertising campaigns. Working closely with our creative team, you will use your exceptional visual and conceptual skills to develop and execute creative solutions that meet our clients' needs. This is a dynamic role that requires a proactive and creative individual who can effectively manage multiple projects at once, communicate ideas clearly, and work collaboratively to achieve team goals.

Responsibilities- Generate unique concepts and designs that promote each client’s brand position and identity with a focus on how they align with the client’s strategic goals, with minimal supervision.
- Work with leadership, operations and the creative team to evolve creative processes, manage design systems productivity, and culture while maintaining consistency and a high level of execution.
- Oversee multiple projects, maintaining a high level of accuracy, quality, and impact.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and ensure its successful translation by the design team.
- Leverage a strong, strategic point of view to provide clear direction and promote conceptual thinking.
- Lead effective client presentations that create excitement and demonstrate how the creative delivers on the strategy.
- Solid understanding and demonstration of user-centered design principles.
- Lead and collaborate in teams composed of designers, developers, copywriters and other creative partners such as photographers and video production teams.
- Provide creative feedback and critique as part of team and client reviews.
