Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs? Do you lead with care, patience, and understanding? We’re looking for an Educational Support Worker to join a special school in Trowbridge, helping pupils feel safe, supported, and able to reach their potential.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
- Assist with classroom activities and personalised learning plans
- Help students with communication, emotional regulation, and behaviour
- Provide personal care as a core part of the role (e.g., toileting and hygiene)
- Create a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
- Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff
Qualifications
