Five Education is working with a welcoming primary school in Melksham that is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their SEND resource base. This specialist provision supports pupils with complex needs in small, supportive classes, allowing staff to provide personalised learning and care.

Role and Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils with complex learning and communication needs
- Working within small class groups in the school’s resource base
- Assisting the teacher with adapted lessons and learning activities
- Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
- Helping to create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment

Pay: Five Education operates a PAYE payroll; this is the most transparent way to be paid with no hidden fees such as admin fee or employer’s NI. Pay rate is illustrative and includes holiday pay.
