Five Education is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support pupils with speech, language and communication needs (SLCN) in a supportive school environment. The role involves delivering targeted Speech and Language interventions to individuals and small groups, working closely with the SEND team, staff and therapists. The successful candidate will have HLTA status or substantial school experience, a patient and proactive approach, and the ability to work independently.
