Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Baby or Toddler Room.

Location: Bristol South. Job Type: Permanent. Salary: Negotiable (£12–£14 per hour, dependent on experience). Start Date: As soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and stimulating environment at all times.
  • Observe, assess, and track children’s progress.
  • Contribute to planning engaging and age-appropriate activities.

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
