Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Baby or Toddler Room.
Location: Bristol South. Job Type: Permanent. Salary: Negotiable (£12–£14 per hour, dependent on experience). Start Date: As soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
- Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and stimulating environment at all times.
- Observe, assess, and track children’s progress.
- Contribute to planning engaging and age-appropriate activities.
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
