Five Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Partner to work 1:1 with a child with Autism in a welcoming school setting in Bath (BA2). This is a full‑time position, ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them thrive both academically and emotionally. You will work closely with school staff to provide tailored support, promote positive behaviour, and encourage engagement in learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with Autism
- Support learning, emotional regulation, and social development
- Adapt activities to meet individual needs
- Work closely with teachers and SEN staff

Essential Criteria
- Able to work 5 days a week (term time only), Monday-Friday 8:30-15:30
- Right to work in the UK – we cannot accept sponsorship or a skilled worker visa
- Minimum two recent references, covering the last two years
- Up-to-date DBS/police check, or be willing to obtain one
