About the Role:

Provide dedicated, one‑to‑one support for a pupil with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in a fully inclusive school setting. Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised learning and social development strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored 1:1 support for a pupil with ASC
  • Support learning, emotional regulation, and social development
  • Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategies
  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

Essential Criteria:

  • Able to work 5 days a week (term time only), Monday‑Friday 8:30‑15:30
  • Right to work in the UK – no sponsorship or skilled worker visa accepted
  • Minimum two recent references from the last two years
  • Up‑to‑date DBS/police check, or willingness to obtain one
