About the Role:
Provide dedicated, one‑to‑one support for a pupil with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in a fully inclusive school setting. Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised learning and social development strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored 1:1 support for a pupil with ASC
- Support learning, emotional regulation, and social development
- Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategies
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Essential Criteria:
- Able to work 5 days a week (term time only), Monday‑Friday 8:30‑15:30
- Right to work in the UK – no sponsorship or skilled worker visa accepted
- Minimum two recent references from the last two years
- Up‑to‑date DBS/police check, or willingness to obtain one
