Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Car Transport HGV Class 2 driver located in Kilmarnock. The driver will be responsible for the safe nationwide transportation of vehicles, adhering to all regulations, and ensuring timely deliveries. Daily tasks include loading and unloading vehicles, performing vehicle inspections, and maintaining accurate delivery pods . The driver will also need to communicate effectively with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth operations. Monday to Friday with 3 or 4 nights out .

Qualifications

  • Valid Class 2 license and Truck Driving experience
  • Knowledge of DVSA Regulations
  • Experience in loading and unloading vehicles
  • Strong understanding of vehicle transport and care
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
