Five Star Mortgages is a fast‑growing, award‑recognised brokerage with a proven track record of developing successful advisers. Since launching in 2016, we have grown to a team of 11 advisers, and due to lead volumes exceeding our current capacity, we are now recruiting an additional Mortgage & Protection Adviser.

The Role
This role is specifically focused on servicing Polish‑speaking clients, so fluency in Polish is essential, alongside strong English communication skills. You will initially work from our Corby office with full administrative support. As you become established, hybrid working is available, giving you flexibility while continuing to benefit from the infrastructure and reputation of Five Star Mortgages.
What We’re Looking For
- Essential: CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified, fluent in Polish and English, client‑focused with high professional standards, self‑motivated and organised.
- Desirable: Previous mortgage and/or protection advising experience.
Career Development
You will start as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, with clear opportunities to broaden your advice offering through Five Star Mortgages and our sister company, Positive Advisers Ltd. Personal development is actively encouraged and supported.
