Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Domiciliary Care Assistant. The role involves providing compassionate and person-centered care to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility support, and companionship. You will work closely with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met while promoting independence and well-being.
Qualifications
- Experience with Caregiving and Dementia Care
- Proficiency in Manual Handling, ensuring safe and effective support
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Previous experience in domiciliary or residential care is an advantage
- Relevant caregiving certifications or training desirable
