Five Star Catering is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the food and beverage operation at Copper Box Arena, a major London venue with a 7,500 capacity and a busy events calendar.

You will be responsible for a large team (up to 70 staff), financial performance, budgets and P&L, and driving revenue while controlling costs across nine kiosks and seven pop-up areas.

You will work with key clients such as GLL, LLDC, London Lions and Pulse, and collaborate with Kitchen, Staffing, HR.
