Five Star Breaktime Solutions is looking for an Attendant to support our operations throughout the territory. This position is responsible for helping maintain customer locations through strong attention to detail, cleanliness, product support, and preventative maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and taking pride in keeping locations clean, stocked, and operating properly. The Attendant will play an important role in supporting overall service excellence by managing inventory, condiments, cleaning, preventative maintenance, and other assigned duties across the assigned territory.
Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To
- Service customer locations throughout the Lebanon, Springfield, and Campbellsville territory
- Manage and maintain appropriate inventory levels at assigned locations
- Replenish condiments, cups, lids, stir sticks, sweeteners, napkins, and other support supplies as needed
- Clean and sanitize equipment, service areas, and surrounding spaces to maintain company standards
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment as assigned
- Identify and report equipment, service, or product issues to leadership in a timely manner
- Support the overall appearance, cleanliness, and organization of each location
- Follow company procedures for product handling, sanitation, and workplace safety
- Assist with additional service-related duties as assigned by management
- Provide friendly, professional service while representing Five Star Breaktime Solutions at customer locations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous service, route, stocking, janitorial, or maintenance experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage assigned territory effectively
- Mechanical aptitude or basic maintenance experience is a plus
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more on a repetitive basis
- Must be able to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
