- What You’ll Do
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet customers warmly and assist with routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy and care.
- Manage Cash Handling: Oversee cash drawers, reconcile transactions, and ensure secure handling of cash and financial instruments.
- Promote Digital Banking: Educate customers on self-service tools including mobile banking, ATMs, and online banking, empowering them to manage their finances with ease.
- Connect Customers to Solutions: Identify service needs and refer customers to Sales & Service Associates or Relationship Bankers for complex solutions.
- Support Branch Operations: Assist with operational duties including vault balancing, ATM servicing, night drop, and ensuring branch readiness.
- Professional Communication: Answer incoming calls and greet walk-ins professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory, security, and audit standards.
- Stay Informed: Participate in branch meetings and maintain working knowledge of current promotions and bank services.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of customer service or cash handling experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable navigating digital platforms and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
- Ability to lift between 1-10 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 30 lbs.

- Branch schedules vary to meet customer needs, including a rotating Saturday shift from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Evening hours may also be required based on branch needs.
