An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supervising Social Worker to join Five Rivers, a leading innovative independent fostering agency, “turning children’s lives around” since 1989. The role offers a hybrid way of working, with some work completed from home, face-to-face meetings with foster carers across Cornwall, team meetings and formal supervision held in our Truro office. You would be joining a thriving and growing community of foster carers and a team of staff with a strong welcoming and child centred ethos.
Five Rivers works from a Trauma informed (ATIC) model with integration across our fostering, residential, clinical and education services to achieve the best possible outcomes for young people.
