We are recruiting for Children’s home Registered Manager to Lead our team at a home for up to three Children aged 6 – 18 based in the heart of Salisbury. You will be an experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager looking for the next step in your career,
You will be working in an environment and culture where children are respected, listened to, and involved in as many decisions as possible.
As the Registered Manager, you will lead, manage, and develop a team of Residential Child Care Workers who help and support our children who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences and trauma, using our trauma-informed practices, which are embedded within our culture
Our leadership team will invest in your progression as a professional in the child care sector. We source and deliver up-to-date training opportunities and prioritise and discuss your personal development goals to ensure you’re getting the most out of your career.
Our young people may have had many adults come in and out of their lives, often adding to their trauma. Therefore, we are looking for a committed and dedicated Registered Manager. You’ll be a natural at building a rapport with children and someone full of empathy, so you can understand and relate to the young people you work with.
You will need to have at least 2 years’ experience of being a Registered Manager working in a Children’s Residential Setting within the last five years, hold or be working towards your level 5 in leadership and management, and have a minimum of Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Work Force, have a proven track record with Ofsted, Legislative Framework.

Hours
On average 39 hours a week – some flexibility will be needed to ensure the smooth running of the home
