We have an exciting opportunity for a part time Business Support Manager within our South and South East Fostering service to provide administrative support to the Fostering Managers and foster team members. In addition to the full range of administrative duties that arise in the office, you will also be required to take minutes, write reports, and provide detailed oversight of financial transactions such as carer payments and responding to general inquiries.
You will be responsible for the line management of both Senior and Business support coordinators within your area. This busy and demanding role will allow you to demonstrate your multitasking skills, using your initiative and confidence to approach tasks independently. This role is based in our Salisbury office. Management of a small office-based team, practical communication skills and leadership are all essential to the role. Experience of working within a Fostering or children's services would also be an advantage.
30 hours per week. Working days to be discussed at interview.
