We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time
Business Support Manager to join our South and South East Fostering service, based from our Salisbury office.
This is a key role providing high-quality administrative, operational and team support to our Fostering Managers and wider fostering teams.
You will oversee the day-to-day running of business support activity across the service, ensuring administrative processes are well organised, accurate and responsive.
This will include minute taking, report writing, office coordination, and maintaining detailed oversight of financial transactions, including carer payments and general enquiries.
You will also line manage Senior Business Support Coordinators and Business Support Coordinators within your area, supporting them to deliver a consistent, professional and efficient service.
This is a busy and varied role where you will need to balance competing priorities, use your initiative and work confidently both independently and as part of a wider team.
About you
We are looking for someone with experience of managing a small office-based team, excellent communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach to leadership.
Experience of working within fostering, children’s services or a similar regulated environment would be an advantage.
30 hours per week
Working days will be discussed at interview.
