We are looking for an Interim Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join us on a six-month fixed-term contract. This is a unique opportunity to lead a transformation of our IT landscape, ensuring our systems are integrated, efficient, and ready to support innovation and growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct a full assessment of systems, infrastructure, applications, and related processes
• Evaluate the effectiveness, security, and scalability of current systems
• Identify strengths and best practices within the existing IT environment
• Highlight areas for improvement, inefficiencies, capability gaps and risks
• Assess capability and capacity gaps impacting growth, innovation, or service delivery
• Deliver clear recommendations and a roadmap for future investment and innovation

At the end of the six-month period, the interim CTO will present a detailed diagnostic review, recommendations and future technology roadmap to the leadership team. Your insights will shape the future technology strategy that underpins our mission and purpose.
