Five Rivers is recruiting a Residential Team Leader for our Salisbury, Wiltshire homes serving children aged 7–14.
You will lead a dedicated team, supervise staff, and help children build healthy routines, attend appointments, support schooling, and maintain electronic records.
You will contribute to staff development, participate in supervision, and pursue ongoing professional training.
Must hold QCF Level 3/4 in Children and Young People and a Full UK driving licence.
