Five Rivers is seeking a Deputy Manager for our Children’s Home in the Salisbury area.
You will support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home, lead shifts and coach the team to deliver relationship-based care and safeguarding.
Sleep-ins are required (typically 2–3 per week) with an additional £50 per sleep-in, and the role is ~39 hours per week on a rota basis.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a leadership role in a Children’s Residential Setting, hold a Level 3
