You will support children and young people who may face barriers to mainstream education, requiring a flexible, creative, and therapeutic approach to learning.
Your contribution will be vital in helping learners build confidence, re-engage with education, and achieve their individual potential.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT and organisational skills
- Confidence working with children, families, and professionals
- Effective listening and de‑escalation skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Experience in specialist or alternative education is advantageous, but we welcome candidates with transferable skills and a genuine passion for supporting young people .
