Five Rivers is seeking a Supervising Social Worker to support Foster Carers across the Northeast.

This full‑time role involves supervising, monitoring, and intervening with carers, in a trauma‑informed practice setting.

You will engage in Form F Assessments, participate in strategy events for Children & Young People, and cover the out‑of‑hours rota.
