Five Rivers is seeking a Residential Team Leader for a children’s home in Liskeard, Cornwall.
You’ll lead a small, dedicated team, support children aged 5–17, and help maintain a warm, stable, therapeutic environment on a solo placement.
The role involves 39 hours a week with two to three sleep-ins paid at £50 each, plus salary, and access to training and progression opportunities within our social enterprise.
