Job Description Site Manager - Social Housing Planned Works \n Location: Birmingham \n Rate: £280 per day CIS \n Contract: Temporary contract \n Five Point Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Social Housing Site Manager for a planned works project across Birmingham. \n Depending on your experience, you may be responsible for a Kitchens and Bathrooms workstream or a Windows and Doors programme. Applicants must have a strong social housing background and experience managing work within occupied properties. \n Key responsibilities \n \n Manage planned improvement works across occupied social housing properties. \n Oversee either Kitchens and Bathrooms or Windows and Doors installations. \n Coordinate trades, subcontractors, residents and client representatives. \n Conduct pre-start surveys, site inspections and progress meetings. \n Monitor productivity, workmanship and programme performance. \n Ensure installations meet the required specification and quality standards. \n Conduct inductions, toolbox talks and health and safety inspections. \n \n Essential requirements \n \n Previous site management or supervisory experience within social housing. \n Strong experience in either Kitchens and Bathrooms or Windows and Doors. \n Experience managing trades and subcontractors. \n Full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle. \n Valid CSCS Card. \n Valid SMSTS certificate. \n Fire Marshal certificate. \n Asbestos Awareness certificate. \n Valid DBS check. \n Social housing planned works across Birmingham. \n Responsibility for a Kitchens and Bathrooms or Windows and Doors workstream. \n Ongoing project-based work. \n \n Apply now \n If you are an experienced Social Housing Site Manager with Kitchens and Bathrooms or Windows and Doors experience, please apply with an up-to-date CV. \n Your CV must clearly show your social housing background, relevant planned works experience and current certificates. \
