Carpenter Multi / Plumber Multi – Social Housing Location: Enfield, North London Pay Rate: £23 per hour Job Type: Full-Time, Ongoing Contract Benefits: Company Van & Fuel Card Provided Job Description Five Point Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Carpenter Multis and Plumber Multis for an ongoing social housing maintenance contract covering Enfield and the surrounding areas. The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day repairs, reactive maintenance and general multi-trade works within occupied and void social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out carpentry or plumbing repairs and maintenance. Completing multi-trade works, including patch plastering, tiling, painting and decorating. Undertaking reactive repairs within occupied and void properties. Diagnosing faults and completing repairs to a high standard. Providing excellent customer service to tenants and residents. Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Carpenter Multi or Plumber Multi. Previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience. Competent in your main trade with additional multi-trade skills. Full UK driving licence. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently. What's on Offer? £23 per hour Company van provided Fuel card provided Full-time, ongoing work.
