Due to continuous framework wins and sustained growth, we are looking for an experienced, proactive Contracts Manager to join our team and oversee our regional project delivery.
The Role
As a Contracts Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for a portfolio of refurbishment and damp/mould remediation schemes. You will bridge the gap between our client-side housing officers, our site teams, and supply chain partners, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, to specification, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery: Oversee multiple concurrent social housing refurbishment and mould remediation projects across the Midlands region.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for local authorities and housing associations, managing KPIs, framework compliance, and tenant satisfaction.
- Team Management: Support and direct Site Managers, supervisors, and specialist sub-contractors, promoting a culture of quality and strict safety compliance.
- Financial Control: Manage project budgets, variations, and cost control in close collaboration with the commercial/QS team.
