Position Overview
The Porter at Five Iron will perform routine maintenance at assigned locations and assist with various upkeep tasks.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining cleanliness of public and work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
- Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned stations and service areas, including bathrooms, simulators, offices, lobby, etc.
- Removing trash, litter, and laundry from rooms, offices, common areas, kitchens, restrooms, grounds, and receptacles, including garbage, recyclables, and laundry such as member clothing and towels.
- Performing minor maintenance and repairs, such as replacing light bulbs, air filters, blinds, shades, and inspecting areas for unsafe conditions.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Highly reliable and dependable.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Previous guest experience is preferred.
