Five Iron Golf is bringing its industry-leading competitive socialising concept to London, combining immersive golf simulators with a premium hospitality experience. Our Broadgate site is the Five Iron UK debut, building on more than 50 sites globally, and counting. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the food offer of a brand-new venue, joining at the outset of an ambitious regional expansion.
What We're Looking For:
- We are looking for a Chef de Partie who is calm and works well under pressure.
- Organised, customer focused and pays attention to detail.
- Bring positive energy and can-do attitude and run a section in our busy kitchen.
- Make sure things are running without hitch, and our service is organised and smooth.
- Maintain safe and hygienic work practices by observance of hygiene, HACCP, COSHH, fire, health & safety requirements.
- Previous experience working as part of a kitchen team in a similar sized restaurant.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and food safe working area.
- Responsible for the safe opening and closing of the designated kitchen area.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and recommended cleaning methods.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to complete food hygiene documents.
- Great time management skills.
