As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the General and Assistant Managers to ensure that every shift is run to Five Guys standards and that every customer leaves the restaurant feeling better than when they arrived. You will demonstrate leadership, coaching, and direction to the team, bringing our values to life for your team and our customers.

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Crew & Quality Control
- Supporting the General Manager in the delivery of perfect burgers and fries while providing an above & beyond experience for your team and customers
- Creating an awesome working environment where people are happy to come to work and have fun!
