In every restaurant, youâll find talented Assistant Managers who work with the General Manager and share the responsibility for the success of the restaurantâs results. This includes leading, inspiring and coaching the teams to ensure the restaurant delivers profitability, and optimises all sales opportunities while delivering an excellent level of customer service.
