AS A SHIFT MANAGER, YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Leading from the front and being hands-on, working on the line and in the dining area
- Supporting the General Manager in delivering perfect burgers and fries while providing an above & beyond experience for your team and customers
- Creating an awesome working environment where people are happy to come to work and have fun while leading with our Values - Competitive, Enthusiastic, Family, Get It Done, and Integrity
- Ensuring every customer is delighted with their order and their Five Guys experience, dealing with complaints promptly in an open and honest way
- Ensuring that each shift runs as smoothly as possible and that our values form part of your shift management
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Experience: Ideally, at least 1 year of management experience in a similar role within a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
- Customer Satisfaction: You are obsessed with the guest experience and have a track record of driving customer satisfaction scores, increasing engagement, and consistently delivering excellent Mystery Shopper results and positive reviews.
- Financial Responsibility: Understanding the basics of running a profitable shift, managing crew breaks, minimising food waste, and deploying the team effectively during the rush.
- Leadership Skills: A natural motivator who enjoys being hands-on, leading by example and getting the best out of the Crew during busy service.
- Operational Excellence: Good working knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards and knowing how to enforce them on the line.
- Flexibility: Available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
