In every restaurant, talented Assistant Managers work with the General Manager and share the responsibility for the success of the restaurant's results. This includes leading, inspiring, and coaching the teams to ensure the restaurant delivers profitability, optimises all sales opportunities, and provides an excellent level of customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Shift Managers and Crew
- Supporting the delivery of perfect burgers and fries
- Providing an 'above and beyond' experience for your team while creating an awesome working environment
- Ensuring every customer is delighted with their order and their Five Guys experience β dealing with complaints promptly in an open and honest way
- Leading from the front, hands-on working with the team on the line and on the floor with customers
- Supporting your General Manager and delivering store results
- Having full ownership of your P&L, driving sales while controlling costs
- Running smooth day-to-day operations, thinking about long-term plans
