We are opening a brand new Drive Thru by the Reading Showcase Cinema in Winnersh, Reading, which means we are growing our family.
The ideal Shift Manager would have experience working in a Drive Thru and be used to working in a fast-paced QSR environment that is exposed to high-volume sales and a large team. You need to be adaptable when it comes to people and customers, and be driven to deliver great results.

In every restaurant, you will find talented Shift Managers and you will be responsible for supporting the General and Assistant Managers to ensure that every shift is run to Five Guys standards and that every customer leaves the restaurant feeling better than when they arrived.
Our Shift Managers are there to demonstrate leadership, coaching and direction to the team and bringing our values to life for their team and our customers.
