Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front and be hands‑on, working on the line and in the dining area
  • Support the General Manager in delivering perfect burgers and fries while providing an above‑and‑beyond experience for your team and customers
  • Create an awesome working environment where people are happy to come to work and have fun, while leading with our values – Competitive, Enthusiastic, Family, Get It Done, and Integrity
  • Ensure every customer is delighted with their order and their Five Guys experience
  • Deal with complaints promptly, openly and honestly
  • Ensure each shift runs smoothly and that our values form part of your shift management

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of management experience in a similar role within a high‑volume hospitality or QSR environment
  • Customer satisfaction orientation with proven track record of driving satisfaction scores, increasing engagement and delivering excellent Mystery Shopper results and positive reviews
  • Financial responsibility – understand basics of running a profitable shift, managing crew breaks, minimising food waste, and deploying the team effectively during the rush
  • Leadership skills – natural motivator who enjoys being hands‑on and leads by example
  • Operational excellence – good working knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards, and enforce them on the line
  • Flexibility – available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
