In every restaurant, you will find talented Shift Managers who are responsible for supporting the General and Assistant Managers to ensure that every shift is run to Five Guys standards and that every customer leaves the restaurant feeling better than when they arrived. Our Shift Managers demonstrate leadership, coaching, and direction to the team, bringing our values to life for their team and our customers.
