You'll be someone who takes real ownership, loves creating smooth and organised environments and keeps our office running to the same high standards as one of our best-performing stores. If you're proactive, hands-on and love being the go-to person who just gets things done - this could be the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing- Run the Office Day-to-Day: Keep the office prepared, stocked and tidy. Manage food, drink and supply orders within budget. Look after deliveries, stationery and general office standards.
- Keep Facilities Running Smoothly: Manage maintenance requests and contractors. Oversee cleaning teams and plant care. Maintain key-holder access and documentation.
- Support Health & Safety: Deliver office H&S inductions. Complete safety checks and support fire, first aid and DSE processes. Work closely with the H&S Manager.
- Lead Front of House: Welcome visitors and candidates. Manage sign-ins, reception queries and parcel distribution. Coordinate meeting and interview setups.
- Own Shared Spaces & Logistics: Reset meeting rooms daily. Manage coffee machines and equipment. Handle mail, deliveries, collections and Addison Lee bookings. Keep the merch cupboard organised.
