Five Guys is seeking a Bench General Manager, based at an existing store, with responsibility for day-to-day operations, team leadership and achieving profitability. You will support the current General Manager and potentially other stores within the district, while living Five Guys values and delivering outstanding customer service.
You will lead from the front, be hands-on on the line when required, and drive sales while controlling costs.
