The position of a Crew Member in Five Guys is varied and fast-paced; one minute you are serving customers at the till, cooking the patties on the grill, and next you’re making the fries. Whatever you do at Five Guys, you will always be sure to deliver to Five Guys standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering excellent customer service and serving burgers and fries to a high standard.
- Encouraging crew to work on all stations (Till to Grill); be prepared to work hard.
- Communicating effectively and working as a team to get the job done.
- Helping set the restaurant up for success with morning prep and nightly cleaning; contract hours offered to suit you.
- Upholding Five Guys standards in all duties, including serving customers, cooking patties, and making fries.
Pay:
- Under 18: £11 - £12 per hour depending on location.
- 18 and over: £12.40 - £13.45 per hour depending on location.
