Five Guys is seeking a Bench General Manager to lead a busy store in the UK, supporting the current General Manager and possibly other stores within the district. You will be accountable for day-to-day operations, profitability, and delivering excellent customer service while coaching the team to live the Five Guys values.
You will develop and manage staff, own the P&L, drive sales, control costs and ensure a smooth operation with a strong talent pipeline.
