We’re looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team and support our growing European operations - this is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role at the heart of our business, ensuring the right product gets to the right place, at the right time across France, Spain and Germany.

This role will be based in London, but you will be expected to travel to France, Spain, Germany and other European countries to meet Five Guys country teams and key suppliers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinating supply chain activity across multiple countries
  • Resolving day‑to‑day supply issues and managing product availability
  • Supporting forecasts, especially during peak trading periods
  • Working closely with suppliers and distributors to maintain strong relationships
  • Managing product launches and changes
  • Supporting new store openings from a supply chain perspective
  • Identifying risks and improving supply chain resilience
  • Maintaining accurate systems, data and reporting

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics or operations (QSR, retail, FMCG or foodservice preferred)
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work in a fast‑moving environment
  • Highly organised, detail‑focused and able to prioritise effectively
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills
  • Analytical mindset with good Excel skills
  • Able to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
