Five Guys is seeking a People Technology & Insights Manager to optimise our People systems and data across the full employee lifecycle. You will own the technology roadmap, drive governance, data integrity, and automation, and work with stakeholders to deliver practical AI-enabled insights. In this role, you’ll ensure GDPR-compliant data handling, lead UAT and training, and collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver end-to-end People technology projects while supporting data-driven.
