Burgers & Fries and Incredible Careers

We're the burger restaurant with the uncomplicated formula: burgers and fries cooked to perfection, with no frozen ingredients.

We've stuck to the same "perfect and serve" philosophy since our family business began in 1986.

Today, we're still every bit the family business we started as.

We're passionate about what we do, act with integrity, thrive on healthy competition, and always find a way to get the job done, whatever the challenge.

The Role

Location: UK Support Office, with regular travel across the UK and European markets

We're looking for a commercially minded and hands-on Local Marketing Executive to help bring the Five Guys brand to life across our restaurants and local communities.

Reporting to the Senior Brand & Campaign Manager, you'll act as the key link between our Marketing and Operations teams, ensuring campaigns are executed brilliantly in our restaurants while identifying opportunities to drive local awareness, footfall and sales.

This is a highly visible role that combines local marketing, operational partnership and project management.

You'll spend significant time in our restaurants across the UK and European markets, building relationships with General Managers, District Managers and Operations teams, ensuring the voice of our restaurants is represented within the wider brand team.

If you're passionate about customer experience, love being out in the business and enjoy building relationships that drive results, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Developing and delivering local marketing initiatives that drive awareness, guest engagement and sales across the estate.
  • Building strong relationships with General Managers, District Managers and Operations teams across the UK.
  • Acting as the voice of our restaurants within the Marketing team, sharing insights and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Managing local marketing budgets and ensuring activity delivers measurable commercial value.
  • Coordinating local partnerships, community engagement activity and restaurant-specific marketing initiatives.
  • Supporting social media, CRM and local digital marketing activity to maximise local opportunities.
  • Planning and delivering restaurant marketing communications, ensuring teams are informed and ready to execute campaigns.
  • Supporting the rollout of national product launches and marketing campaigns across the estate.
  • Managing campaign print production, distribution and in-store implementation.
  • Working closely with suppliers, agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully.
  • Supporting campaign photoshoots, events and on-site marketing activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in local marketing, retail marketing or multi-site hospitality marketing.
  • Strong understanding of how marketing activity can drive commercial performance.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to problem solving.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and occasionally across European markets.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

  • Experience within hospitality, restaurant, retail or other customer-facing environments.
  • Experience working closely with operational teams.
  • Understanding of CRM, social media and local digital marketing channels.
  • Experience managing print production and installation projects.
  • Experience supporting brand campaigns, launches and photoshoots.
  • Experience working within a multi-site business.

What's In It For You?

  • Competitive salary
  • Performance-related bonus
  • Private medical insurance
  • Life assurance
  • Employee assistance programme
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Enhanced parental leave policies
